Each room is equipped with a Tapia where the robot can offer customer service. Guests can remotely control indoor appliances (TV / air conditioner / interior lighting) by talking to Tapia (voice commands).
In addition, in working together with the hotel system, it is an active “guest room concierge” helping to provide a comfortable stay and a new experience for guests with multi-lingual correspondence.
Points in development
• Have the server, TAPIA, WiFi, and IR all linked to each other. And a server monitor showing the status of all Tapias and Wi-Fi / IR status.
